8 speed training sessions per month. 60-90 minute training sessions that focus on getting athletes faster and more explosive.
Group 1: 4th-8th grade. Group 2: 9th-12th grade.

Wednesday group 1: 6-7:30pm. Group 2: 7:30-9pm.
Saturday group 1: 12-1:30pm. Group 2: 1:30-3pm.
RIGBY: Baller Gym
Monday/Thursday group 1: 6-7:30. Group 2: 7:30-9pm.
